To make the pasta

• Semolina flour

• Water

To make the sauce

• Olive oil (regular, not virgin)

• 1x Brown onion

• 1x Garlic

• 1x Hot chilli

• 1x Red capsicum

• Speck (or pancetta)

• White wine

• 1x Can of diced tomatoes

• Salt and pepper
