Learn to make Gnocchi

To follow along at home you will need:
Ingredients
To make the gnocchi
1kg Desiree potatoes (or any red skinned potato you can get your hands on)
1x Egg
2x Cups of plain flour (plus more for dusting)
To make the sauce
This is a basic red sauce that is quick, easy and delish. If you’ve got more time and want to try an authentic bolognese sauce that I learned from my Nonna, you can grab that recipe here.
1x Brown onion
1x Garlic
1x Hot chilli
Olive oil (regular, not virgin)
Tomato paste
Dash of red wine
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Special equipment
Potato ricer or course sieve
